This salsa is teriffic over a sauted chicken breast half. Has a very good flavor. Cook time is for standing. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped dried apricots |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
