This was submitted to a Everett CC dip contest. It was prepared by the SIL of a coworker. Ingredients:
4 cans crushed pineapple (drained) |
1 bunch cilantro |
1 head garlic |
3 jalapeno peppers |
3 habanero peppers |
3 thai chiles |
1 lime |
1 dash kosher salt |
1 sweet onion |
1/2-1 ounce tequila |
Directions:
1. Mix all of above. 2. Let sit for couple of hours or over night. 3. Drain liquid until reached desired consistency. |
