I adapted this, from the classic recipe found all over the web, to maximise the flavour of the sage. Ingredients:
1/3 cup skim milk |
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/2 banana |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 1/2 tablespoons packed pineapple sage, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender in the order ingredients are listed. 2. Process until smooth. |
