Cooking Light, OCTOBER 2004 Ingredients:
1 cup water |
3/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons dark rum |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. 2. Remove from heat; stir in rum. Cool completely. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm. 3. Remove mixture from freezer; scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy. |
