From Libby's old newspaper clippings. I haven't tried it yet but it looks good. Times and amounts are my best guess. Ingredients:
4 cups pineapple |
1 cup water |
8 cups sliced rhubarb |
2 oranges, ground |
7 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Grind orange. 2. Combine all the ingredients and cook until thick and clear. 3. Cool slightly. 4. Pour into hot sterilized glasses and seal. |
