1. INGREDIENTS 2. pineapple 3. medium-sized red onions, diced 4. ï¿1/2 Tbsp. minced cilantro 5. Tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar 6. ï¿1/2 Tbsp. honey 7. ï¿1/2 tsp. fresh birdï¿1/2s eye chile pepper or jalapeï¿1/2o pepper, seeded and minced 8. ï¿1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated 9. Dash of sambal garlic-chile sauce or to taste 10. PREPARATION 11. ï¿1/2 Peel and cut the pineapple to ï¿1/2-inch dice and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the red onions and cilantro and set aside. 12. ï¿1/2 In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, chile pepper, ginger and sambal. Pour the liquid over the pineapple mixture and toss. |
