This is good as a side dish with ham. Not recommended for weight watchers - it is quite rich! Ingredients:
15 slices bread, diced |
9 whole eggs |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in syrup |
1 1/2 cups melted butter |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and combine other ingredients. 2. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
