Like original Pineapple Pork but with fewer ingredients. Probably could have used more spices and tomatoes. Ingredients:
2 lb pork |
1 lb pineapple |
1 bell pepper |
1 onion |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
3 stalks celery |
Directions:
1. Cut pork and vegetables into bite-size chunks; mince garlic 2. Cook in slow cooker for 5-6 hours 3. Serve or freeze individual meal-size portions for later use. |
