This uses crushed pineapple, and is much better than the pudding based pies. Refrigeration time not included in preparation time.
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, crushed, drained
1 (8 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
1 -9 inch graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
2. Stir well.
3. Fold in pineapple and whipped topping.
4. Spoon mix into crust.
5. Chill before serving.
