Easily made - takes a whole 5 minutes. Everyone who has ever tried this recipe rants on forever about how yummy it is. Ingredients:
2 graham cracker pie crust |
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans crushed pineapple |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
9 ounces cool whip |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix cool whip and condensed milk together with spatula. 2. Add lemon juice, mix well. 3. Drain pineapple and add to mixture. 4. Pour into pie shells and refrigerate for a least one hour. |
