Divine over vanilla or cocnut ice cream! Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple, cut into small pieces (about 2 cups) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pan over high heat. 2. When mixture comes to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. 3. Serve warm over vanilla or coconut ice cream. |
