1. Whisk together 1 (46-oz.) can pineapple 2. juice, 2 (15-oz.) cans cream of coconut, 3. /2 cups peach nectar, and 1 1/2 cups apricot 4. nectar in a large pitcher. Divide pineapple 5. mixture among 3 (2-gal.) zip-top plastic 6. freezer bags, placing one-third mixture 7. in each bag. Seal bags, and freeze 2 to 3 8. hours or until slushy. Remove bags from 9. freezer, and let stand 5 minutes. Pour 10. pineapple mixture into a large punch 11. bowl; stir in 1 (1 -Iiter) bottle chilled vodka, 12. and top with 1 (1-liter) bottle chilled club 13. soda. |
