Ingredients:
2 cups graham crackers, crushed |
1/4 lb unsalted butter, melted |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1/4 lb unsalted butter |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
8 fluid ounces heavy cream |
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. -To Make Crust-. 2. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted margarine, and sugar. 3. Press into pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350° F. 4. Cool. 5. -To Make Filling-. 6. Cream powdered sugar and margarine. 7. Add egg, salt, and vanilla. 8. Mix and spoon into crust. 9. Chill. 10. Whip heavy cream. 11. Add drained, crushed pineapple. 12. Add nuts. 13. Spoon on top of cream mixture. 14. Chill. |
