Found this recipe in a flier from the grocery store. It is very refreshing. A great way to start your morning or a nice treat during the day. Ingredients:
12 ounces orange juice |
1/2 cup pineapple chunk, drained |
1 1/4 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy. 3. Serve immediately. |
