My friend gave me this recipe. It makes for a really great punch for a special occassion. For a quick conversion, there are 2 pints in a quart and 4 quarts in a gallon. If you have a larger punch bowl, double the recipe. Ingredients:
1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream |
1 pint orange sherbet |
7 cups pineapple juice |
3 cups ginger ale |
Directions:
1. In a punch bowl, combine the ice cream, sherbet, pineapple juice and ginger ale. 2. Serve and enjoy. |
