From the Turkey Hill calendar Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice |
1 cup orange juice |
2 cups prepared eggnog |
4 scoops french vanilla ice cream |
2 tablespoons grated orange peel (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine juices and eggnog in blender, then add ice cream and blend to desired consistency. 2. Pour into 8 festive mugs and top with orange peel. |
