A light and creamy dessert with plenty of pineapple and nuts. My family loves this and this is a recipe my mom use to fix for me when I was a child. Perfect for those hot summer picnics that will be taking place soon! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 can of eagle brand milk |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 large can of crushed pineapple |
1 cup of chopped nuts ( i prefer pecans) |
large container of cool whip |
2 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Mix milk and lemon juice together let stand for 10 minutes 2. Mix remaining ingredients in with the milk and lemon juice mix 3. Pour into pie crust 4. Cover and place into refrigerator until chilled. 5. Enjoy!! |
