Pineapple Muffins

This muffin recipe is from the *Taste Buds* cookbook....I have not made these but they sound delicious. You can either make large muffins or tiny muffins.
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg
1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained (8 1/4 oz)
Directions:
1. Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Beat in egg until blended.
4. Add flour and pineapple; stir only until moistened.
5. Turn into paper lined muffin tins.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
7. Yield 12 large muffins or 24 to 36 tiny muffins.
