Got this from a pineapple cookbook from the library. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
15 oz.can pineapple, crushed and drained |
Directions:
1. Beat butter and eggs, add sugar. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. 2. Stir in pineapple. 3. Bake in greased or paperlined muffin tins at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
