Ingredients:
16 ounces ice
1/2 cup kefir (cultured milk product available in specialty health food stores)
3/4 cup diced pineapple
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Add the ice to the blender pitcher. Combine the Kefir, pineapple, and honey in a bowl and then add to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
