This recipe is very simple and would be great for the holidays. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box white cake mix |
1 pint pineapple sherbet |
2 teaspoons almond extract |
6 cups coconut |
Directions:
1. Soften the sherbet and combine with the cake mix and the extract. 2. Stir in the coconut. 3. Drop by cookie scoop onto greased baking sheet. 4. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired. 5. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. |
