From Sue's easy to make, easy to bake cards. Ingredients:
1 pie crust |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup whipping cream |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Bake crust 8 minutes. 3. Spread drained crushed pineapple on bottom of crust. 4. Combine whipping cream, sugar, and flour; mix for 2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Pour over pineapple. 5. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts. 6. Bake tart until filling is bubbly and crust is golden, 30 minutes. 7. Chill 4 hours before serving. |
