Saw orange and strawberry but no pineapple. These are good, too! You can sub some or all of the water with milk for a richer flavor, but I like to keep the calories low. I found this recipe on some food blog or other but I have been advised that it may originally have come Top Secret Recipes. I cannot confirm or deny. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice |
1 cup water |
2 egg whites |
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup splenda granular or 1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 1 minute. |
