Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips or as a relish-would also be good over chicken or pork. Makes a pretty yellow and green salsa. Ingredients:
1 8-oz can pineapple chunks in juice, drained |
3 green onions, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon minced seeded fresh jalapeno pepper (don't forget to wear gloves!) |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients briefly in food processer. 2. Serve chilled or at room temperature. |
