A unique recipe for a rice based dessert Note, one can substitue sugar instead of honey as the sweetener if they wish . Splenda may be substituted for a almost sugar free dessert also Ingredients:
3 cups cooked long grain rice- about 1 cup uncooked |
1 can crushed pineapple drained, 15 1/2 oz |
1/2 cup honey |
1 cup heavy cream whipped |
Directions:
1. While rice is hot, add drained pineaple and honey. 2. Cool to room temperature.and fold in whiped cream 3. Chill until ready to serve |
