Pineapple Honey-Glazed Carrots |

I haven't tried this yet. I got it out of a magazine and it looked good. It's a different way to serve glazed carrots. Ingredients:
3 cups baby carrots |
1/2 cup pineapple spreadable fruit |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Simmer carrots until tender-crisp approximately 10-15 minutes. 2. Drain, set aside, keep warm. 3. In another pan, bring spreadable fruit, honey and butter to a boil. 4. Drizzle over carrots and toss to coat. |
