Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice |
2 cups cooked cubed ham |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. 3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes. |
