Ingredients:
1 tall can evaporated milk
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small package lime gelatin
1 small package lemon gelatin
2 cups hot water
cherries, nuts and parsley for decorations
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
2. Add cheese, milk and juice from pineapple then using an electric mixter beat until creamy.
3. Refrigerate until jelled in same bowl then mix in pineapple.
4. Place nuts first in fluted mold then add gelatin mixture and return to refrigerator until firm.
