I have made this cake on at least a dozen occasions and it is fantastic. I hope you like as much as I do. Yummers. Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix |
1 egg |
8 tablespoons butter melted |
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
8 tablespoons butter melted |
16 ounce box powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine cake mix, egg and butter and mix well with electric mixer. 3. Pat mixture into bottom of a lightly greased rectangular baking pan. 4. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and pineapple until smooth. 5. Add eggs, vanilla and butter then beat together then add powdered sugar and mix well. 6. Spread pineapple mixture over cake batter and bake 45 minutes. 7. Serve with fresh whipped cream. |
