This refreshing beverage features sweet pineapple juice with a kick of mint and peppery ginger. Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) cans pineapple juice |
2 large mint sprigs |
2 (12-ounce) cans diet ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Combine pineapple juice and mint sprigs in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat, and cool to room temperature. Discard mint sprigs. 2. Transfer pineapple juice to a pitcher, and gently stir in ginger ale. Serve immediately over ice. |
