These kirs look very pretty and blush pink when stirred. Found in a Martha Stewart mag. Ingredients:
3/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 cup gin |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons creme de cassis |
ice |
Directions:
1. In a pitcher mix pineapple juice, gin and lemon juice. Divide between two highball glasses. Pour 1 tsp creme de cassis into center of each glass, do not stir. Carefully fill glasses with ice and serve immediately. |
