My former MIL made this for my birthday 1001 yrs ago. I loved it and requested the recipe. I'm posting it so I won't lose it again! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, well drained (#2 can or the large can of crushed pineapple) |
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix (do not mix with milk) |
Directions:
1. Mix all together with a spoon. 2. Spread over cooled cake. |
