1 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup sugar |
3 egg yolks |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Stir in vanilla and pineapple; mix well. Cool completely. |
