Different but great. Ingredients:
8 ounces crushed pineapple chilled |
1/2 cup powdered milk |
1 egg white |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup sugar |
36 squares graham crackers |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple reserving juice. 2. With electric mixer on high speed mix milk, juice, egg white and lemon juice until soft peaks form. 3. Gradually beat in sugar until dissolved then fold in pineapple. 4. Mound 1/4 cup mixture on 18 graham crackers and top with another graham cracker. 5. Freeze for 3 hours then store in plastic bags in freezer. |
