Another staple for the Thanksgiving table. Thanks Grandma! Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup whipped cream |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. 2. In a medium saucepan, heat the juice, add sugar, flour, salt and eggs. 3. Beat together. Cook until thick, then cool. 4. Add pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. 5. Fold in whipped cream and mix well. 6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. |
