Delicious and easy; only four ingredients. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, drained |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the pineapple and pudding mix until thickened; fold in the whipped topping. 2. Spoon into crust. Chill at least one hour. 3. Keep refrigerated. |
