29 ounces crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup sugar |
red food coloring |
green food coloring |
Directions:
1. Cook pineapples and sugar until thick, about 30 minutes, stirring often. 2. Divide mixture in half and tint one half with red and the other with green to the tone you like. 3. Just make sure it's cool before you put into cookies. |
