1 fresh pineapple, skinned and cored |
4 ounces dark chocolate |
1/4 pint half-and-half |
1 tablespoon dark rum |
Directions:
1. Slice the pineapple and cut into chunks.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate and cream gently until the chocolate has melted.
3. Stir in the rum.
4. Serve at once, dipping the pineapple into the warm sauce.
