Recipe for dipping fresh fruit or topping over angel food or pound cake. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tablspoon flour |
1 egg, beaten |
2 cups cool whip (whipped topping) |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and flour. 2. Stir in juice and egg. 3. Cook over low heat until thick. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Add vanilla and cool. 6. Fold in Whipped Topping. 7. Serve with fresh fruit or as a topping for Angel food or Pound Cake. |
