My mum first starting making this dip for our birthday parties when I was little Many kids loved it so too the adults. I cook for a day care centre now and find this one is always a hit and is very easy to prepare. Ingredients:
250 g cream cheese |
approx half a 425g can pineapple chunk |
Directions:
1. Place a few pieces of pineapple and a little of the juice in the blender until well diced. 2. Cut up the cream cheese and place it into the blender with the half tin of pineapple pieces ( be careful not to add too much of the juices all at once). 3. Add juice and/or more pineapple until desired consistency is obtained. 4. Serve cold. |
