moist creamy cake Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix |
1 cup brown sugar |
20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice (undrained) |
1 large instant vanilla pudding |
8 oz cool whip |
Directions:
1. Bake cake according to directions in a 9 x 13 pan 2. 10 minutes before cake is done , put brown sugar and pineapple with the juice in a saucepan 3. bring to boil 4. when cake is done take out of oven and poke holes in it with a fork 5. Pour hot mixture over cake 6. Let cake cool completely 7. Make pudding according to directions and spread over cake 8. when puding cools top with cool whip 9. sprinkle with coconut and chopped walnuts 10. ENJOY!! |
