This is fantastic recipe, we have it quite often around here, so very tasty - Ingredients:
16 graham crackers (crushed) |
8 tablespoons margarine, melted |
1 (398 ml) can crushed pineapple |
2 (113 g) packages vanilla pudding |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 (1 liter) container cool whip, divided |
Directions:
1. CRUST: Mix and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. 2. FILLING: Mix together pineapple, vanilla pudding, lemon juice and 1/2 container Cool Whip. Add to base. Add other half of whip on top and sprinkle with graham crumbs. Refrigerate. |
