Pineapple Curry With Prawns |

This dish is very fast an easy to prepare... I really like it, if you love thai flavors, you will love this recipe. Ingredients:
300 grams shelled white prawns |
2 tbsp. kaeng khua chilli paste |
3 cups coconut milk |
2 cups coarsely chopped sour pineapple |
2 kaffir lime leaves torn into pieces |
2 tbsp. sugar |
2 tbsp. tamarind or lime juice |
2 tbsp. fish sauce |
Directions:
1. Skim 3 tbsp. of cream from the coconut milk, heat in a wok. When the oil surfaces, add the pounded chilli paste and stir-fry. When the fragant, put in the prawns and pineapple and coconut milk and stir. 2. Season with the tamarind or lime juice, sugar and fish sauce, add the kaffir lime leaves, and when the curry is boiling once again, remove from the heat. |
