Pineapple Curry Scallops over Pasta

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound(s) fresh sea scallops
8 ounce(s) pineapple curry sauce
2 teaspoon(s) canola or olive oil
1/2 cup(s) chopped scallions (green onions)
1/2 medium red pepper cut into thin strips
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Sauté scallops and red pepper strips.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add Pineapple Curry Sauce and scallions.
5. Continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and serve over your favorite pasta noodle.
7. Garnish with additional chopped scallions if desired.
