A Creamy pie filled with deliciousness. Ummmmmm Ummmmmm! Ingredients:
1 16-20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, not syrup, well drained |
1 8 oz pineapple cream cheese; softened |
1 1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 container cool whip |
toasted coconut for garnish |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple and set aside. 2. Beat cream cheese with sugar, fold into pineapple and then fold in whipped topping. 3. Spread into crust making sure to cover bottom completely. 4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours. 5. Overnight if possible. 6. Garnish with coconut if desired. |
