A Paula Deen recipe. I think this might be good on carrot cake. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup pineapple preserves |
1 (2 lb) package confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. 2. Beat in preserves. 3. Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar, until desired consistency is reached. |
