This sweet, creamy salad is a great summertime side. Ingredients:
2 pkgs. cream cheese |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 sm pkg. vanilla instant pudding |
1 cup walnut pieces |
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine pineapple and softened cream cheese with a mixer on low speed until well blended
2. Add vanilla pudding and mix on low
3. Stir in walnuts and marshmallows
4. Refrigerate until well chilled
