A GREAT Cream Cheese ball to serve for any holiday with crackers. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple pushing out as much juice as possible. 2. Spread pineapple on paper towels to dry. 3. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar. 4. Add pineapple. 5. Mix throughly. 6. Ref. for 1 hour. 7. Form into ball. 8. Roll in pecans. 9. Serve with crackers. |
