Pineapple Cranberry Salad |

This is a favorite at Christmas Dinner and dinner parties. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained |
1 (14 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
6 ounces cream cheese |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans |
1/2 pint whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. 2. Add remaining ingredients and place in a lightly greased mold. 3. Set in freezer for at least 1 hour. 4. Remove 2 hours before serving and unmold. 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
