I got this from my dear friend Master Chief Henri L. Baxter, CMDCM (SS/SW/DV) US Navy, Retired and boy can this man cook!!!!!!! Ingredients:
graham cracker pie crust (this is the only ingredient with sugar and can be eliminated and served as a pudding) |
1 pkg. sugar free lemon jello |
16 oz. low fat plain yogurt |
1 large can low sugar crushed pineapple (drained) |
2 tubs low sugar cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix the jello with 1/4 cup boiling water. 2. Let cool. 3. Stir into the jello the yogurt and drained pineapple. 4. Fold in one tub of the cool whip. 5. refrigerate this for about 1/2 hour or until slightly set . 6. Place all into the piec rust. 7. Allow to set firmly. 8. Serve with a good dollop of additional cool whip. |
